Delivery Information

UK:
Postage and packaging is calculated by weight of your total order. You can add many items to your cart and it will automatically work out the delivery cost.

Please use the table below as a guide to our prices:-

NB: If you purchase items seperately you will be charged for the total weight of your order. If there are any differences we will either refund you the difference or request the additional payment.

The following postcodes are exempt from our normal shipping costs, please contactus@offcutz.com for a shipping quote before you place an order

All purchases will be posted within 24 hours of receipt of payment Monday to Saturday by first class post, parcel post or by courier. Larger orders will be sent within 3 days. Deliveries are usually recieved the next day. In extreme circumstances deliveries can take up to 15 days.

Deliveries are normally made between 8am and 5pm, somebody must be available at the address you supply in order to check and sign for the goods.

Certification:
As these are offcuts there is no documentation/certificate of conformity unless specified otherwise.

Returns & Refunds For all deliveries:
At Offcutz.com we understand that for one reason or another there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you've brought from us.

If you decide that you have brought the wrong off cut or you would like to exchange if for another piece, please contact us within 14 working days and return it to us in a saleable condition in which the off cut was delivered and we'll give you a full refund or an exchange.

If we have sent the wrong size or the off cut is deemed damaged or defective please inform us immediately. If there is a suitable replacement we will replace the item or we offer you a refund.

No claims or back charges will be accepted for any reason as a result of late or none delivery.

Distance Selling Regulations
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund for any home delivery purchases from this website as long as the item is returned as it was delivered.

To cancel, you can contactus@offcutz.com or call 0845 834 0299 within seven working days (so not including Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays) commencing the day after the day of delivery of your off cut(s). You must take reasonable care of the off cut(s).
